An original board game created in collaboration with the organization The Ocean Cleanup to raise awareness among children about the problem of ocean pollution and reduce plastic consumption.

Project goal: to raise awareness among children and families about the problem of plastic pollution and its impact on the ecosystem. In addition to raising awareness of the work of The Ocean Cleanup around the world.
On this project, we partnered with a recognized leader who has actually made a difference in the field: the non-profit organization The Ocean Cleanup, which works to collect ocean waste.
With their approval, we have developed a fun game to familiarize children with water pollution and enable them to reduce their plastic consumption.
In addition to educating the next generation, a portion of the proceeds from the game’s sales will also go to The Ocean Cleanup and directly support their efforts on the ground. The game is sold at their site: https://theoceancleanup.com/merchandise/
GAME ELEMENTS
The Mission Ocean game consists of a game board representing the ocean, tiles of various marine debris and tokens symbolizing marine animals. Players work together to clean the ocean from waste, using educational and fun strategies. The game is made with eco-friendly materials such as FSC paper and cardboard, with vegetable inks, ensuring sustainable and environmentally friendly production. The colorful illustrations are designed to engage players and convey a message of environmental awareness.
The game was designed to respect the Ocean Cleanup brand colors and even the boat was designed to replicate the real one!
